Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Complex Worm order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not related to a defect or fulfillment error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund and cover the appropriate return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Complex Worm reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
